Automated Budgeting Platform Participation Agreement**
CrowdPay™ Inc., doing business as CrowdPays™, is a financial technology company that provides a structured, automated budgeting platform designed to organize and manage household expense flows.
CrowdPays™ is not a bank. All payment processing is facilitated through FDIC®-insured partner institutions and regulated money transmission infrastructure.
The CrowdPays® Automated Budget Platform enables participants to structure how their existing expenses flow—creating consistency, visibility, and the potential for optimized financial outcomes over time.
CrowdPays™ does not issue loans, extend credit, provide advances, or offer investment or financial advisory services.
This Agreement outlines the terms under which CrowdPays™ facilitates the structured management of your expenses using the funds you authorize to flow through the platform.
By participating, you agree to allow your expense-related funds to be organized through the CrowdPays® Automated Budget Platform in accordance with your selected configuration.
- Platform Participation & Weekly Contributions
1.1 Contribution Structure
You agree to send a predetermined weekly amount through authorized ACH or linked account transfer. This amount is calculated based on your submitted expense profile and reflects the total required to cover your monthly obligations, distributed across weekly intervals.
1.2 Structured Expense Flow
Funds received are allocated according to your configured expense schedule. CrowdPays® facilitates the timely distribution of funds to verified payees and designated accounts in alignment with your submitted plan.
1.3 No Additional Funding Requirement
Your participation is based solely on your structured expense profile. You are not required to contribute funds beyond the calculated amount needed to support your existing financial obligations.
- Term and Termination
2.1 Term
This Agreement operates on a month-to-month basis and may continue for an extended period depending on your participation.
2.2 Termination by Participant
You may discontinue participation at any time, for any reason, without penalty.
2.3 Termination Due to Financial Disruption
Participation may be paused or terminated if your income flow changes significantly or if you discontinue use of the platform.
- Payment Processing & Authorization
3.1 Authorization
By providing payee and account details, you authorize CrowdPays® to facilitate payments according to your submitted instructions.
3.2 Timing
Payments are scheduled to align as closely as reasonably possible with your designated due dates. Participants are encouraged to allow a minimum processing buffer of five (5) business days.
3.3 Processing Limitations
CrowdPays™ is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, insufficient funds, or external processing factors.
3.4 Failed Contributions
If a scheduled contribution fails due to insufficient funds, you will be notified and may resubmit. Reattempts may include a $10 processing fee per occurrence.
- Participant Access & Transparency
You may access your CrowdPays® dashboard at any time to:
- View processed and pending expenses
• Monitor your structured cash-flow schedule
• Track balances and activity
• Review participation progress
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
- Participant Protections & Responsibilities
5.1 System Reliability
You will not be held responsible for failures resulting from system malfunctions or external disruptions beyond your control.
5.2 Reporting Issues
Unauthorized activity or discrepancies should be reported within two (2) business days. Delays beyond 60 days may limit resolution options.
- Prohibited Transactions
CrowdPays® does not facilitate:
- Tax payments
• Court-ordered obligations (e.g., child support, fines)
• Payments to non-U.S. entities
- Disclaimer of Warranties
CrowdPays™ provides its platform “as is” without guarantees regarding financial outcomes, timing, or suitability for individual financial situations.
- Confidentiality of Information
Your information is treated as confidential and is only shared:
- To execute payment instructions
• When required by law
• With your authorization
- Error Resolution
Errors must be reported within 60 days of occurrence. CrowdPays™ will investigate and respond within ten (10) business days.
- Structured Cash-Flow Optimization
The CrowdPays® platform organizes your expense flow to ensure obligations are met while identifying opportunities for improved financial efficiency.
Results may vary by participant based on:
- Expense profile
- Participation level
- System configuration
- Participation-Based Benefits
Participants who remain active and in good standing may become eligible for platform-based benefits, including structured payment returns and other program features.
Eligibility is based on:
• Consistent participation
• Verified contribution history
• Ongoing engagement with the platform
These benefits are not guaranteed and are not loan, credit, or investment products.
Acknowledgment
By signing or opting into this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
